Eureka Springs has a lot of great restaurants. One of our favorites that is off the strip so it is largely only known to locals is Oscar's Cafe. Oscar's serves breakfast and lunch and is open Tuesday-Sunday from 8am until 3pm. Everything they make is amazing and it is the best place to get good coffee in Eureka Springs.
If you end up in downtown Eureka Springs you should check out Local Flavor Cafe. They are open for lunch and dinner every day execpt Sunday, when they serve brunch from 9am-3pm.

Thorncrown Chapel is a 48-foot tall glass structure with 425 windows and over 6,000 square feet of glass. It was designed by renowned architect E. Fay Jones. Called the most beautiful chapel in the world, the glass and wood wonder hides deep in a woodland setting.
